Meditation and Pranayama (breath control) are integral corner stones of the yoga practice of 8 limbs. While most of us find it relatively easy to make time for our asana (postures) practice, learning how to meditate without the interruptions of our busy mind requires another level of practice. In this workshop, Evelyn will guide you through the basic pranayama practices (a pre-requisite to stilling the mind) and will show you easy and effective ways to meditate. Once you find that magical still point and will be able to make meditation an integral part of your life, you don’t want to miss it.
