We had a lot of requests for a yoga class just for men, as a lot of guys feel more comfortable starting yoga when they are in the company of their mates.
In this workshop, we will take this opportunity further and run a class with specific information for men and their interests and concerns (tight hamstrings, stiff backs, nervous tension, etc.): We will explain what yoga is and what it does to body and mind and then let you experience a class that will gently open the body and strengthen those areas that have been neglected. We will finish with a guided breathing exercise and meditation. There will be refreshments and plenty of time to chat and ask questions.
