I feel so fortunate to have discovered such insightful and skilled teachers: Lama is a lovely teacher, whose aim is to put students back in touch with themselves, and has a very encouraging and accepting attitude of anyone having a problem in some area which may influence their practice. Evelyn also teaches restorative yoga on Tuesday morning, and is similarly focused. Her classes are slightly different, but no less enjoyable. Meredith
