There is a quiet but undeniable shift happening in our world — not just around us, but within us. Many are feeling it: the call to release what no longer belongs, the ache to return to something more true, and the stirrings of a deeper intelligence awakening in the body.

Shuddhi in Sanskrit means purification. Sadhana is the sacred path — a spiritual discipline taken with devotion, commitment, intent, and courage. Together, Shuddhi Sadhana is a journey of conscious unlayering — of meeting oneself deeply, beyond the masks of conditioning and the residue of old experiences — in order to remember and embody the truth of who you are, to be your most authentic Self, anchored and embodied.

The Body as Field: A Yogic View

In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna describes the body as a field of action — a sacred space, that expands vastly beyond the physical vessel. According to Yogic science, the body is not only physical but made up of multiple layers — the Koshas — including the emotional, mental, and energetic sheaths, all of which make up our subtle physiology. This field of action is a space in which Karma (energetic residues of past actions, soul contracts etc), Samskaras (mental-emotional imprints), and latent energies are stored. 

This course begins here — with the body as a living field of consciousness, into which we will dive and explore how past experiences, beliefs, and ancestral patterns are stored in this field and influence us. This foundational understanding becomes the ground from which you can begin the deeper work of purification, alignment, and embodied awakening. Any space can essentially be cleansed. Imagine your body, your sacred space, like a multistorey house, that you now attend to in ways you haven’t yet before, and you start cleansing and purifying parts of this house that you may have never looked at before. Shuddhi Sadhana is an invitation to look at whatever resonates within your field/ space that doesn't serve you and keeps you looping behaviours and patterns and essentially keeps you from living your best life possible. It is also an invitation to embrace surrender and release. The course requires commitment as well as being able to take responsibility for your healing, personal growth and the desire and ability to look at what you personally hold in your field that needs purifying, in other words releasing. Shuddhi Sadhana is a combination of self-practice as well as guidance and coaching from my part, if you wish this to be an integral part of your journey.
